Driver who left 4 year old in car under house arrest

Published: 08.31.12, 13:25 / Israel News The Jerusalem Magistrate's Court released Nahman Stitzer from Modiin Illit to house arrest. Stitzer is suspected of leaving four year old boy Haim Boimel in a car where the boy was found dead five hours later.
Stizer is suspected of negligent manslaughter and serving as a school bus driver without a license. (Noam Dabul Dvir)
